How to pay

Pay by card

Subscribe online with a school purchasing card. You’ll get a VAT receipt straight away, and your subscription renews each year unless you cancel.

Most schools pay this way. Tell us your school’s details and we’ll send an invoice, with your purchase order number if you have one. Payment terms are 30 days.

What happens after you subscribe

  1. We confirm by emailYou’ll get a receipt or invoice, and we’ll be in touch within two school days.
  2. We connect your MISYour students, classes and staff are imported automatically, and staff set their own passwords.
  3. We train your staffA video-call walkthrough at a time that suits you, such as a staff briefing or INSET day.
  4. Students start earning pointsTeachers give their first rewards, and students log in to see their medal and targets.

Request an invoice

We’ll email an invoice to your finance contact. Your subscription starts when the invoice is paid, and we’ll send renewal reminders to the same address each year.

Pricing questions

Which students count towards the price?

Only students in the year groups you choose to include. Your subscription allows a set number of active student accounts, and you can see how many you’re using in School Settings.

What if our numbers go up during the year?

Get in touch and we’ll move you to the right band.

Are there any other costs?

No. Setup, training, both apps and entry to the national raffles are all included in the annual price. Prices exclude VAT.

What happens when our subscription renews?

We send reminders to your finance contact before your subscription ends. You can update your payment details, download invoices or cancel from your subscription account.

Do you have prices for multi-academy trusts?

Yes. Ask for a quote and tell us which schools would take part.
