Who we are
Laureatus Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at contact@laureatus.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your name, role, school, email address and phone number when you contact us, ask for a quote or book a call.
- Billing details when your school subscribes. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
This website doesn’t use cookies or analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to you, arrange calls, set up and invoice your subscription, and send service messages about your account. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, for subscribers, performing our contract with your school. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
Student data
Student data held in the Laureatus service is processed on behalf of each subscribing school, which remains the data controller. This is covered by our data processing agreement with each school, not by this notice. See safeguarding and data protection for more.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years, and billing records for six years to meet UK accounting rules.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
